Don’t Blast Anyone.

Automotive management readers, when was the last time you told your internet sales or BDC manager to email “blast” your customers?  Sure you laugh now, but you’ve all done it… and probably more recently than you think.  No clients like to get “blasted” and it’s just one of many online marketing terms that needs to go the way of the Rolodex, yellow pages, fax machine.

After seeing these definitions that dictionary.com assigns to the word blast, would you want this to happen to any of your clients?

Blasting is a thing of the past

Please, ask your internet folks to contact your clients, offer them reasons to bring their business to you, and show them what sets you apart from your competitors, don’t “blast” them anymore.
